We moved from out of state and Lauren Murphree was the perfect agent for us. She listened to what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay within. She spent a couple of days showing us homes, however, the home we finally purchased was in a Subdivision where the homes go fast. Lauren went the extra mile and walked through the home with us via Facetime. After going under contract we did have some challenges with the seller but Lauren was to able to negotiate acceptable terms for us. Throughout the entire process Lauren kept us informed and updated. We are now enjoying our home and the area where it is located. We feel Lauren's knowledge of the real estate market and expertise in negotiating got us the right house at a good price. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and an all around awesome person. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
